Check-In/Check-Out Time:
Check-in time is 4:00 - 5:00pm.
Please do not expect early check-in unless requested, approved and paid for in advance of arrival. Housekeeping, maintenance, security, pool and spa personnel must all provide services between occupancy for every home. On occasion check-in time may be later than 5 pm due to unforeseen circumstances.
Check-out time is 10:00am for all homes, no exceptions. Keys should be returned to the appropriate office by 10 am. A drop box is provided at each office for early departures. Refer to the guest directory in your check-in package for departure instructions regarding
security, linens, cleaning and trash disposal.
