Thank you for choosing Carolina Dreams.
To inquire about availability or to reserve a property online, please fill out the appropriate
contact information
form. You will be contacted concerning
availability, the booking process, and any answers to any other inquiries pertaining reserving the home. Our property management office will send you a Vacation Rental Agreement (VRA) in the mail. Half of the Advance Rent Amount, Reservation Fee and optional Travel Insurance is due. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR VRA. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. (If you are reserving a property within 30 days of the arrival date, the Total Reservation Amount is due now.) Personal checks are only accepted up to 30 days before your arrival date. If you would like to confirm your reservation immediately, you will have the option to call our property management's office and pay by credit card. For this convenience, you will be charged a 3.5% Telephone Convenience Fee.
Travel insurance is applied to every reservation. If you do not wish to purchase travel insurance, you will have the option to decline it on the signed VRA agreement that is sent to you for confirmation of your reservation. NOTE: Once Travel Insurance is purchased, it is non-refundable.
Property management will mail your Vacation Rental Agreement (VRA) to you. If you would prefer to have the contract faxed, please provide them with your fax number. When you receive your VRA, please read carefully, confirm arrival and departure dates, sign the white copy and return it to their office with your Advance Rent payment. We hold the person whose name appears on the VRA responsible for any payments, security deposits, and all other responsibilities of the agreement.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the occupancy of the house or other legal reasons. All payments will be forfeited.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of rental funds. |
