The sidewalk along NC 12 is a convenient walk to
Duck Village, a mile to the North, or a bike ride
to observe the natural flora and fauna. The
sub-division offers oceanside private beach access
and parking. Southside tennis courts, pool, pier
with a sandy beach and parking are also available
to guests.
